Perched inside Capella Bangkok, this intimate cocktail boudoir enters its latest chapter under Miriam Nini, the hotel’s new Bars Manager. With more than a decade shaping award-winning bars across the world, Miriam brings a sleek, minimalist sensibility that softens Stella’s Art Deco glamour with a modern touch. Her creations are layered yet precise — each sip an interplay of story, culture, and emotion.
