Nestled within the acclaimed Nusara Restaurant in the charming riverside district of Tha Tien, Nuss Bar captures the heart of Thai flavors through a contemporary lens. Inspired by the culinary philosophy of Nusara and named in loving tribute to Chef Ton’s grandmother, the bar embodies warmth, heritage, and creativity in equal measure.

Conceptualized by Ronnaporn Kanivichaporn of Mahaniyom Cocktail Bar, Nuss Bar embraces the idea of “Thai Sensations”—a celebration of Thailand’s rich and diverse palate, expressed through locally sourced ingredients and fine craft spirits. Every element, from the drinks to the décor, is a testament to refined craftsmanship and an authentic sense of place.
The bar presents four seasonal signature cocktails, refreshed every three months to reflect Thailand’s ever-changing bounty, alongside an elegant curation of timeless classics. Each cocktail is a narrative of local culture and taste, crafted to surprise and delight.

Ya Dong Americano A reimagined take on the classic Americano, this drink swaps traditional bitters for Ya Dong—a traditional Thai herbal liqueur—enhancing it with Som Sa tonic for a citrus-forward brightness unique to Thai zest and spirit.

Star Fruit Sour Fresh and fragrant, this cocktail blends Inchon Botanical Gin from Chonburi with smoked star fruit juice and silky egg white, finished with a dusting of paprika for a hint of spice that lingers elegantly on the palate.
Khai Nao Gold Rush An adventurous ode to Thai terroir, Khai Nao fruit—rarely seen behind the bar—is infused with whisky, then harmonized with Nan Gintanakhon Galangal Flower Gin and honey. The result is a bold mix of sweet, tangy, and subtly savory notes.

Tang Thai Negroni A tropical reinterpretation of the White Negroni, this drink marries Juck Dae Melon Spirits and mint tea–infused Bitter Bianco, served over frozen tang thai (Thai melon) for a fragrant, refreshing twist that balances sweetness with botanical depth.

Nuss Colada
Love at First Drink Pandan Spirits, Sodchaeng Coconut Rum, Pineapple, Coconut Cream, Nipa Palm Nectar, Lime — a rich yet balanced tropical indulgence that celebrates Thai sweetness with refined charm.
Nuss Snack
A celebration of Thai craftsmanship in every bite, each bar snack harmonises effortlessly with the cocktails’ rich character — all delightfully offered at 290 THB.
Kaprao Beef with Grilled Sticky Rice – A bold bite of Thai comfort with a smoky edge.
Mushroom Tartare – Earthy, aromatic, and delicately seasoned. Carrot Crisps Salsa – Light, crisp, and full of zest.
Salted Breadfruit – A savory snack with a subtle tropical note.

Longan with Squid – Sweet longan meets tender squid for an exquisite contrast of texture and flavor.
