Before establishing Chef Tam's Seasons Macau, Chef Tam Kwok Fung served as the Executive Chinese Chef at Mei Jiang Restaurant in The Peninsula, Bangkok, from 1999 to 2005. During his tenure, he earned several prestigious awards, including being named the Best Chinese Restaurant by Metro Magazine. In 2005, Chef Tam celebrated a significant achievement by winning a Gold Medal at the fifth World Championship of Chinese Cooking, a highly respected honour in the culinary world. Another milestone in his illustrious career came at Jade Dragon Macau, where the restaurant was awarded its first MICHELIN Star in 2014, which increased to two stars in 2016. With such a remarkable background, it's no surprise that his latest restaurant has been warmly received by diners and culinary enthusiasts since it opened in August 2023.
