These avant-garde solutions reflect the evolving demands in the F&B sector, shaping not only our consumption habits but also the very way we innovate and create.
As the foremost F&B trade show in the Asia Pacific region, THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA 2025 brought to life 60 exceptional food and beverage concepts through the highly revered THAIFEX - Anuga tasteInnovation Show 2025. The event saw an impressive influx of nearly 800 submissions across nine vibrant F&B categories, with a discerning jury honouring 10 winners and 50 finalists for their imaginative and transformative ideas. These initiatives are poised to significantly influence the future of F&B, with a keen focus on functionality, sustainability, and cutting-edge technological advancements.

The products showcased are closely aligned with dominant trends identified in the Asian F&B market. According to Innova Market Insights, Asian consumers are increasingly placing a premium on health, nutrition, and product quality, reflecting a significant shift that includes 37% prioritising mental and emotional well-being, 34% opting for age-specific nutritional solutions, and 33% seeking products that enhance gut health.
Highlighted Breakthrough Products from THAIFEX – ANUGA tasteInnovation Show 2025 included Innovations in Functional Health: These primarily beverage-focused products deliver targeted health benefits aimed at promoting stress relief, boosting immunity, and improving digestion, resonating with the growing health-conscious trend among consumers in Asia.
GABA Calm Drip Coffee by FOODHO, the winner, was also one of many highlights. This exquisite coffee, crafted from 100% premium Arabica beans and delicately infused with GABAbiotics—a patented postbiotic—offers a rich, aromatic flavour along with remarkable stress-relief and mood-enhancing properties.
