Guests can indulge in freshly made prikgaeng and namprik that stand apart from the typical packaged varieties, proving that gourmet meals don't have to come with a hefty price tag.

A highlight of Gaengsod is the vibrant prikgaeng and namprik station, separated from the central kitchen. In this lively live station, diners can watch the art of making prikgaeng and namprik right before their eyes and shoppers from the third floor to the first floor can hear the echo of pestle and mortar. The restaurant operates with two convenient shifts: from 10:30 to 14:00 for a delightful lunch, and from 15:30 to 22:00, ideal for enjoying a memorable dinner.

On the menu, Chef Ton offers dishes that are lesser known and new interpretations of the classics, allowing diners to enjoy something unfamiliar and showcasing that Thailand has more than just Tom Yum Goong, Tom Kha Gai and Pad Thai, and the evolution of Thai cuisine.
