Sarnies Group has unveiled Carito's, its first venture into modern Latin American dining. Nestled on the second and third floors of a revitalised shophouse in Sukhumvit 22, Carito's seamlessly blends a vibrant dining experience with an upbeat wine bar setting. The concept pairs bold, innovative dishes with a selection of Latin American wines & and cocktail offerings, creating a space where guests can dine in exceptional flavours, exploring all Latin America offers across food and drinks.

Carito's captures the vibrant spirit of Latin America, where food is more than just a meal—it's a way of life. Drawing inspiration from the continent's rich tapestry of traditions, the menu offers cherished recipes reimagined with contemporary techniques, complemented by a carefully selected array of Latin American wines and cocktails. Here, each dish and drink reflects a blend of heritage and hospitality.
Guests are invited to embark on a culinary adventure that spans from the Andes to the Amazon, highlighting bold and authentic flavours steeped in tradition. The menu begins with Bocaditos, or small bites, featuring a delightful variety of options to savour.

Guacamole & Chicharrones showcases a vibrant mix of perfectly smashed avocados, elevated by a sprinkle of coarse black lime salt and a hint of carne asada seasoning. Paired with irresistibly crispy pork rinds, this dish offers a delightful contrast of creamy and crunchy textures, enhanced with a medley of fresh herbs that add brightness to every bite.
