It initially prioritised using local ingredients, and with the emergence of new local spirits over time, Chef Ton and Neung decided to incorporate a variety of local spirits into the bar. It was deliberately designed to offer an entirely new taste experience while paying homage to the original flavours. The cocktail tantalises the taste buds with a savoury kick from the tomato, a subtle sweetness derived from Nipa palm nectar, a zing of sourness from lime juice, and a hint of saltiness from the fish sauce and dried shrimp oil.
